Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 8 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@workrestplayshop.com so that we can help.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@workrestplayshop.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

 Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 Return Policy

Changed your mind about your order? Not a problem – simply let us know within 14 days of receipt of your goods that you wish to return your unwanted goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Please email us at info@workrestplayshop.com stating the reason for your return and we will help process the return promptly.

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is new and in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made in original, undamaged packaging.

Please note if any items has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition or not correctly packaged or not in the original packaging we may refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a part of the original selling price from the refund amount. This will be calculated on an individual basis.

We do not accept returns of products from other retailers.

Return of Goods

Goods will only be accepted for return under the following conditions provided they have not been specially ordered and manufactured. Prior to returning goods, email info@workrestplayshop.com for authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned within 14 working days from the date the customer informed Work Rest Play Shop they wanted to return the goods. The delivery note / invoice number must be included on the return advice. The goods must be in their original packaging, in a clean, resalable condition. Work Rest Play Shop will not be responsible for return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied all returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge, with a minimum charge of £10 plus VAT to cover administration costs. If the packaging is damaged an additional cost flat rate of £2.50 plus VAT will apply to cover repacking costs.
